MEO
This stands for Medium/Middle Earth Orbit. A telecommunication satellite system that is mainly used for geographical/global positioning systems. Because of this they are not stationary in realtion to the earth and its orbit. They orbit between 1000 and 22,300 miles above the earths surface.
