Keystroke Monitoring
Keystroke monitoring is a form of auditing software that will record every key that a user types into a system, and every character of the response that the system returns to the user. The data is then stored in a file for collection later. This has been in the news lately as the FBI have been reportedly using such software on suspected cyber criminals, their version of this type of software is named "Magic Lantern".
